It is being reported by Jon Heyman that the Philadelphia Phillies will make an offer to Cole Hamels for about $130 Million over six years but still may go a little higher. Will this be enough to keep Hamels from pursuing the Free Agent market this winter? Some insiders believe its a little late and he is ready to test the market, we shall see.
